ABOUT
I’m not here to run sessions. I’m here to protect performance, preserve longevity, and guide people who expect more from their bodies. My name is Randy Palacios, and I founded Flexfit Wellness & Recovery to bridge a gap I saw repeatedly across both clinical and performance environments; a gap between training, recovery, and care.
With over 15 years in the fitness and performance industry and a clinical foundation in exercise physiology, my work spans hospital-based care, elite athletic environments, and private performance advisory. I currently serve as a Lead Exercise Physiologist at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, where I guide individuals through evidence-based cardiac rehabilitation and high-stakes health decisions. Alongside my clinical role, I lead Flexfit as a private performance & longevity advisory. Supporting high-performing individuals who want clarity, structure, and confidence in how they train, recover, and sustain their physical edge over time.
My approach is intentionally integrative. It draws from strength and conditioning, performance-based bodywork, mobility, breathwork, and recovery science, but the differentiator is not technique alone. It’s judgment. I listen carefully, assess thoroughly, and help clients make informed decisions that reduce risk while supporting long-term resilience.
I work one-on-one, selectively, and with discretion. Clients come to me not because they want more noise, but because they’re tired of transactional coaching, generic plans, and fragmented advice. They stay because they feel seen, respected, and guided with consistency and care.
This work is not about chasing peak moments.
It’s about building bodies that can sustain high performance across seasons, careers, and life. Training should never feel transactional. It should feel intentional, protective, and transformational.
If you’re looking for a trusted partner in performance, recovery, and long-term health, you may request a private consultation.
