Q: What services do you offer?

Q: Do I have to be an athlete to train with you?

Q: What’s the difference between performance coaching and recovery therapy?

At Flexfit Wellness & Recovery, we specialize in athletic performance coaching, injury rehabilitation, and recovery therapy. Sessions can include strength & conditioning, mobility training, deep tissue bodywork, assisted stretching, and recovery science protocols designed around your individual needs.

Q: Are you certified?

Yes. Sessions are led by a nationally certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) and Performance Coach with 15+ years of experience working with NCAA Division I athletes, tactical professionals, and clinical populations, +4 years of medical health fitness rehabilitation expertise, exercise science graduate an applied athletic performance coach and soon a certified NSAC Strength and Conditioning recipient.

Q: Do you offer remote or online sessions?

Not at all. While we work with elite and college-level athletes, we also help professionals, first responders, and anyone serious about improving performance, preventing injury, and moving without pain.

Q: Can I train with you if I’m injured or coming out of physical therapy?

Yes. We specialize in bridging the gap between physical therapy and full return-to-play. Every plan is tailored to your medical history and current needs.

Q: What should I bring to my session?

Performance coaching is about unlocking your strength, speed, and conditioning. Recovery therapy focuses on reducing pain, restoring function, and preventing re-injury through advanced techniques like bodywork, mobility drills, and corrective exercise. Together, they create a complete system for long-term results.

Q: Where do sessions take place?

We serve the Greater Los Angeles and South Bay area, offering in-home, on-site, and travel-based sessions. Online coaching is also available.

Q: How much do sessions cost?

Yes. We partner with teams, academies, and tactical units for custom group packages.

Wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring water. If we’re doing recovery therapy, a towel and shorts are recommended.

Pricing varies depending on whether you book single sessions or packages. Most clients see the best results with our multi-session programs. Contact us to discuss the right plan for your goals.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

Q: How soon will I see results?

We track strength, speed, agility, and recovery metrics, plus real-world markers like reduced pain, improved performance, and confidence in movement.

Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No referral is needed, but we’re happy to collaborate with your physician or physical therapist if required.

Q: What makes Flexfit different from other trainers or therapists?

We combine the science of rehab with the intensity of performance coaching. You’re not just training harder, you’re training smarter, with recovery built in.

Q: How should I prepare for my first session?

Just bring your goals and an open mind—we’ll take care of the rest.

It depends on your goals, but many clients notice improvements in mobility, energy, and recovery within the first 2–3 sessions. Long-term progress comes with consistency and a personalized plan.

Q: How do I book a session?

Q: Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?

At this time, Flexfit Wellness & Recovery does not work directly with insurance, HSA, or FSA programs. We operate as a concierge service, which means you receive highly personalized, flexible, and premium care without the limitations of insurance networks. While we may explore insurance partnerships in the future, currently all sessions are private pay.

We ask for 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
