Service Description

Quick anatomy lesson, myofascia is the soft tissue that covers the muscle. At times this tissue will tear either from overuse of the muscle or trauma. When tissue tears, it will connect to the nearest tissue to heal itself resulting in pain, pressure, and tension where the myofascia is. Many state they have a "knot," trigger massage focuses on those knots and surrounding tissue to help promote healing of the tissue and relieve any residual pain, while increasing blood flow to the area to promote faster healing but also attempt to relax surrounding muscle group and avoid any impingement on near-by nerves. This is not a whole body massage rather a localized "knot" releasing massage. *Booking in advance I will invoice you the $130 + .41 cents per mile to clients location.
